Along with Chiropractic, there are many modalities used to promote healing, healthy joints, strength through a range of motion, and reduction of pain. A series of Class IV laser sessions can do wonders to help you improve joint health. When used professionally, it is a safe modality to try with a great success rate, prior to considering surgery or treatments that may have repercussions down the road. With a plethora of scientific research to support it, and low risk, everyone should try these therapies who is in pain, losing range of joint motion, considering surgery, or considering joint replacement. Note that a chiropractic exam is required prior to treatment to ensure you are a candidate and that treatments are safe for you.

Mandy Boyle, DC, CFMP, MS, BS, CHC, RYT

Dr. Mandy Boyle was born and raised in San Luis Obispo, California and has a passion for health and healing. With strong foundations in science coursework and a background in yoga, Dr. Boyle believes that the body intuitively strives to heal. Health is homeostasis. It is about finding balance among life’s demands, including but not limited to emotional stress, physical stress, work, family, exercise, hobbies, chores, spirituality, toxins, nutrition, and relationships. Using specialized testing to identify root causes, balance is restored with nutrition, supplementation, removal of toxins, healing the gut barrier, lifestyle modifications, and therapeutic modalities.

Additionally, Dr. Boyle has experience in sports injuries, biomechanical analysis, rehabilitation post-injury or post-surgery, pain modalities, restoring functional movement patterns, chiropractic manipulation, and myofascial release techniques. As part of any program treating the body, it is important to understand key players in inflammation and obstacles to healing. Obstacles can be mechanical in nature, such as adhesions, injury, limited joint motion, etc., but they often involve building blocks at the cellular level.

From both personal experiences and years of education, Dr. Boyle understands that bodies are in a continual state of breakdown and repair. By selecting quality materials to build tissues and drive functions, we optimize the potential for health. Advanced lab testing and genetic analysis are used to guide nutrition recommendations.

Finally, Dr. Boyle recognizes the importance of accountability. Her goal is to empower individuals to take ownership of their own health. From critically ill to competitive athletes, health is a balance between many factors and is strongly influenced by choice. One can tip the balance towards inflammation, pain and degeneration, or towards healing and increased performance, from pain-free daily activities to sports.
